System Down Summary

Overview

This site sometimes stop. The reasons why this site go down are shown below:

At one day (usually Saturday) for each year, this site is down because of testing power supply equipment.
This site will be down if commnucation equipments are out of order. If the accident is occurred, it will cost about one day to repair.
Two times for each year, replace the main server by the backup server for system maintenance. In this case, This site will be down on one day and the next day. Moreover, it works slower when the backup server is available.
